|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I like the location because it's close to campus and not to far from Broulim's and Hemming Village. I also really like that each apt. has its own washer and dryer.

|Recommended: YesA good place to live, management can be iffy — Management could be better, great little place to live and the community is a blast, when maintenance is needed it usually gets done quick, unless it has to do with a fridge. I’ve enjoyed my last year here and plan to come back when I come back for college.

|Recommended: YesGreat for my first semester — I've been living at La Jolla for about a month now and I've loved it here It's not perfect, our upstairs neighbors are kind of loud and my shower water pressure is questionable at best, but those are easily fixable issues. Aside from those small things, it's honestly great The staff is very kind and helpful, the rent is affordable, the indoor washer and dryer are super convenient, the list goes on I would highly recommend living here

|Recommended: YesIt's a nice place to live and located in a good spot — It's actually really nice, everybody in management and maintenance is super nice. It's located in a good spot where there's a grocery store nearby, food options, and the school is super close by. I've never experienced a moment where I wish I hadn't stayed here.
