|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — I had a great time at La Jolla The staff were wonderful and helpful. Deadlines were clear and payments are super easy to make. I also would say that the type of people La Jolla attracts my roommates and other residents are also good people

|Recommended: YesIt's a home away from home — Its small but it has everything you need I am staying in La Jolla for my first semester out here and I have made so many good friends, the 66th ward is amazing. The Staff make you feel so welcome which sets this place apart from lots of others. I really like how close La Jolla is to school and though parking may seem tight there happens to always be a spot
|Recommended: YesLa Jolla — La Jolla is honestly not a bad choice. It is kind of small and there is some property damage like stains in the bathtub but the quality is great otherwise. There is a washer and dryer in every unit, which surprised me. There is a full kitchen, and the place is really nice. The management is so kind They are amazing to work with, and they are very understanding. The only thing that I really had to get used to was the heat, but I brought a fan so it ended up turning out alright. There is no A C, but if you bring a few fans, it'll be fine.

Good location within walking distance to campus, broulims, porter park, and a variety of fast food locations Management and maintenance is on top of their game and really easy to get into contact with Plus the wards are pretty great
|Recommended: YesTrusted and approved by parents. — I would recommend the Jolla Apartments in a heartbeat. They have very reasonable prices, offer discounts, work with the students on payments plans, are very reasonable and understanding, have a secure and easy to navigate and to sign Lease agreements, the staff is friendly, easy to communicate, keep everything nice and clean and do weekly apartment's inspections to maintain cleanest and peace throughout the building. I give them a 5-star rating without no doubt. Excellent safe and reliable apartments that parents and students can trust.
|Recommended: YesLa Jolla Apts — La Jolla is pretty nice. The parking fills up fast, but it's a pretty tight nit community.

|Recommended: YesGood for the price — The only complain I would say I have is the noise that you can still hear even with the windows and door closed, but other than that, the place is good for the price.

One complaint is that my closet rod fell off a few weeks ago and no one has come to fix it yet but other than that it’s been awesome. There is plenty of space everywhere and there is an awesome workout room
|Recommended: YesOne of the best places a college student can live — I love LaJolla It's close to campus but not so close that you hear all the traffic and parties and everything that goes on at campus. The staff is amazing and so understanding and patient. It's so affordable while still being a great quality place to live. Would absolutely recommend, 100
|Recommended: YesSimple and cute — This apartment complex is small but homey. It was a bit dirty when I first got here which was a bummer, but it cleaned up easily. The management is great and there is lots of parking available
